The crucifixion is in the Krestovozdvizhensky Cathedral of the Piously-Nikolaev man's monastery
in the city of Verhoture, Sverdlovsk area, Russia
In beginning ХХ century the Piously-Nikolaev monastery became one of the most visited pilgrim centers of Russia – here was flown down to 120 000 pilgrims in a year. For interested persons to pray about hallows of St. Simeona in it the majestic Krestovozdvizhensky cathedral containing to 8 000 praying has been constructed.
In Soviet period within the precincts of a monastery the children's work-farm took place. In 1991 of a building of a monastery Churches have been returned, and in 1992 hallows of St. Simeona have returned to a monastery also. Today again to the Ural flatterer pilgrims from all ends of Russia are flown down.
